Scope

This policy covers the website gialmar.com and explains how we handle personal data that you send us through the quotation form or by email, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.

Data we process

When you use the quotation form, your email application opens with the name, company, email, country, order type, product, volume, delivery point and message you entered. We receive this data only if you send that email. We do not ask for payment details or identity documents.

Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to answer your enquiry and prepare quotations (pre-contractual steps), to manage the commercial relationship, to meet legal obligations, and to keep our systems secure (legitimate interest).

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security purposes.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or for the periods required by commercial and tax law.

Recipients

Data may be processed by technology providers strictly necessary to run the website and email, under confidentiality and data processing agreements where required. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights
